I purchased the game by digital Download and have been unable to log in or get anywhere. Obviously, I missing something here. Any help would be appreciated.

Could you be a bit more specific? When you try to log in, what happens.

It appears that right now (as of 12:00pm CST) there is something wrong with the login servers.

Login servers seem to be down right now, I cant get in either.

I ahve no password or login name and can't find how to set one up. When I attempt to login the playgate end user agreement comes up when I chek it it opens the login and password windows. As I have no login or password , What do I enter. I attempted an old login from WWIIOnline to no avail. Does this help?

not sure how old this isue is.....no time stamps...but:

Do you have a subscription key?

If so then use the 'Getting Started' link on the main page followed by the 'How to Subscribe' and follow the flow for a new account.

If not then I'd check any and all info about the purchase for a key or links.

Your old account name may have been added back to the name pool if your account was inactive for a long time.

Hmm, I wonder if this could be related to the password resetting not working.

I have owned this game for over a week and still cannot play it online. If a specific question is asked of me I will try to answer but this is reminding me of when I purchased WWIIOnline. Not a good experience.

Everytime I try to follow the getting started link the webpage times out after I entercountry/language enter.....every time.

Open this thread and download checknet4 and run it. If you don't get replies in it , you will need to look at your firewall settings or your ISP
