Default AI is broken

Axis AI (I can't speak to Allied having not faced it) is ridiculous now.

I thought it's now supposed to be dynamic based on pop imbalance but it seems to be bugged as it's been turned up to 11 even with no spawn delay at all.

I'm talking lazered in the head on the first shot whilst lying down behind a berm 300m away, multiple times. Each time, no overpop, no spawn delay.

Perhaps its adjusted dynamically to the top and then stayed there.

It's really annoying, I'd rather die to a player (of which there is no shortage) so have a look at this please.

Yup, It also seems that way for me, especially AI LMGs seem more accurate, been killed on the first shots by a few times.

I know running perpendicular to them makes them less accurate.


I stand with you on the AI, I believe the only place for AI is on AA especially on Airfields, I don't even think it should be in a town.
I still think having way more spawnpoints and a bigger role for INTEL could offer a better alternative to having AI.

I also hate dieing to AI seems also meaningless I rather get my tank blown by one shot with no vis of my enemy, get run over by a dac when building a PPO or even getting smash into a tree when riding a Ju Transport plane

I wish there was a poll to see how many players are for AI or against it, I always thought everyone didn't like it and was a necessary evil but players seem to want to expand their role...

I'm Axis so in this case AI seems to affect both sides the same way.

We have way to much AI and it's a problem. I'm sick of AI, I can stand a little of it but now a days there is just to much of it around and way to uncanny to boot.

It is much more accurate. Anyone with a decent amount of historical game experience can tell.

As fxm says it quite frequently kills you with the first few rounds of the burst which almost never happened before, and even then it was only if you were standing still in the open.

It's been insanely accurate recently. I got hit by a tower AI last night(well several actualy lol) that got what seemed like a whole burst of fire at my head while i was standing behind quite a high ridge.

Tone it down please.

That happend to me the other day in Duren? anyway.....I was behinde a berm and bushes and was knocked out by AI that popped back up. I was like what killed me? I didnt even hear the LMG / black screen.....dead / killed by enemy forces.
