As we currently do not have anywhere to hold special events outside of the main (campaign) server ... and cannot be sure of when we will or for how long ... we don't have a lot to discuss regarding a special events forum.

I really think that the future for events outside of the uses we place upon the campaign server (intermissions and other types of events between camapaigns) ... will rest with a different approach than having a seperate server, with seperate problems and seperate maintenence and sperate management and seperate Q&A. Even if we were to get it up and running again (training sever) this minute, it's a drain on our resources.

I think we need to develop the ability to have training/special events without leaving the campaign server or relogging.

So that kind of special events à la *LINDIR* wouldnt be possible on the training server now?

R.A scenario or Bloody battle will never substitute the training server. We'll have to wait the end of the campaign to make a duel 1v1 in fighter without any consequence on supply ?

Impossible to organize our own event ? We will wait for Rats to do it ?
