Onboard audio is the reason sounds aren't playing. In high population areas certain sounds won't play after your sounds are maxed.

The game relies on processor power the most, and with a 3.2 quad you're just fine, RAM is good, I think its your vid card in general, might want to consider upgrading. I'm getting 50+ regularly high...

Game will totally freeze or go to 2-3fps while I'm looking at the sun or close zoom on the map. This just started happening and the only thing I can link it to is the new drivers I got today

I think Vampress is alluding to the expansion of the CPU. For like 20-30 bucks more you could get a quad-core running even faster than this dual core.

Volts? Need the Watt rating. If you open your case, there should be a sticker somewhere on the side or bottom of your PSU saying the wattage.

Yes airraid, post up your PSU wattage. That's gonna make or break your vid card choices.

With as old a system as that, might be more worth your time and money to build a new one.
