Re: Up front subscription payment?

Love the idea, certainly would make it easier and more coherent to the expectations of the free to play movement.

Since in majority of f2p games you usually buy a bulk amount of resources when you...

Re: Game causes computer to reboot.

To repeat the general echo:

Usually a PSU issue, in rare cases; dodgy ram or both.

Re: New Rig - New intel CPUS

PS: WW2ol is as fun as it ever was and a game can get btw; despite whatever history it has had in the past: Which really doesnt matter, as long as it is a thoroughly entertaining experience, as it...

Re: New Rig - New intel CPUS

Depends on the kind of experience you want; If you want to set your expectations really high in hopes that it will run WW2ol better: Its best to put that boat out to sail.

WW2ol is just limited by...

Re: The best "Gameboard to use?"

Nice, most shoulder to back issues with using keyboards actually come from the over proximity of the hands to eachother (for taller/broader people atleast).

This stuff is starting to get my...

Re: If you're running more than 2GB of RAM on Win 7 x64...

Well if ness is completely right that means this does more damage then good, and should not be recommended to anyone.

The game breaking is one thing; but breaking the game is another.

Re: The best "Gameboard to use?"

Never having used more then a keyboard, mouse and joystick setup myself; I can't say I can help you with your question.

But I am curious now; I might have missed the past couple years of MMO's,...

Re: Will this run ww2ol ;)

Well, from the looks of it; that DVD/BD Disk-Rom will totally be your bottleneck and lag your game to bits. I think you should re-order everything after contemplating this glaring fault and during...

Re: t:0 Error ip message.

It may do something as simple as muting your volume before you play, try the unmute button if you have one.

Re: Tree issues with ATI HD7750

Someone else with a similiar card tried the perscribed (by me) method and it didn't work for him. So it might be worth playing with your compatibility settings for the application as well.

Re: New player - foliage issue?

Thanks for the time put into testing it joker.

Most of the replies you will get here are from players, and represent a collective set of solutions from the community and not the actual game devs;...

Re: New player - foliage issue?

This is certainly a documented issue (another thead on this page has the same problem).

Might I ask if you could go through all your 3D settings one at a time in the Catalyst Control Centre,...

Re: Tree issues with ATI HD7750

On further inspection; it sounds like a colour issue (cause by unknown effect enhancement).

IE: The clutter and other items which have been optimized for speed seem to be suffering.

I would...

Re: t:0 Error ip message.

The solution to this error as stated by BLOO is garbage; and I have to call you out on this one. It simply is; garbage. Why? Because if I have a dodgy connection and I keep trying to download the...

Re: Tree issues with ATI HD7750

Do you have any other games you can test this card with?

It sounds like some of the memory might be defective.

Re: Log-In Bugs

From the looks of things, WW2ol isn't really a programming project as much as its an art project.

From what I have seen, the majority of the game is 3rd party products and libraries to cut down...

Re: Will a SSD make a big difference?

I doubt it really, because 2048 is not an engine limitation, its a windows object size limitation.

You cant make an object bigger then 2GB in windows, and that actually carries over to 64bit as...

Re: Will a SSD make a big difference?

SSD's made a big difference for me on startup loading; Everything else goes down to your RAM size/speed from the looks of it.

I feel plenty spoilt now with dual intel 520's in raid.

I actually...
